New found addiction

Ice cream is more popular than most people think. Indulgence is hard to resist. Ice cream was one of the last items that I would ever crave for. A few months ago, I would have never thought that I could eat a full cup of ice cream. But eating a cone of ice cream from the Mc Donald’s and Hungry Jacks changed it. As Shankar and I walk past either one of these cafĂ©’s, we inadvertently walk into them and buy some ice creams. One day we decided that this has turned into an addiction and that we would stop buying ice creams from the next day. This strong resolution was not broken for the next twenty four hours till we had a dig at the ice cream the very next day.
The incidents of dumping the ice creams into the nearest bins flashed through my mind on a Saturday evening when I was deliciously licking the ice cream which would have surely found a place among the garbage bin a few months ago. All my friends liked ice creams very much and I was always forced to eat one when we went out. The large buckets of ice creams lying in the freezer never could capture my attention towards them. The creamy cone of ice cream still appears in front of my eyes as I am writing this. I am confused and often doubt if this has become an addiction.
